1. Return Policy Overview

  • Return Period: You may request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your product if you are not satisfied with the item (“7-day no reason return”).
  • Return Conditions: The item being returned must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged, and must remain in its original condition, with tags intact, accessories included, and no odor, so that it does not affect resale.

2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues

  • Reasons: Returns and exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., wrong size, disliked color, or mismatch with expectations).
  • Shipping Costs: Return and exchange shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt. We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments.
  • Handling Fee: In some cases, the original shipping cost may be deducted (e.g., if free shipping was provided under the free shipping policy and the return no longer qualifies for free shipping).

3. Quality Issues or Incorrect Items

If the product you received has quality issues (e.g., holes, stains, missing accessories) or if we sent the wrong style/size, we sincerely apologize.

  • How to Handle: Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product, and provide relevant photos/videos as proof.
  • Costs: After verification by customer service, we will provide free returns, exchanges, or reshipment. Return and exchange shipping costs due to our fault will be borne by us (usually based on the actual shipping cost incurred, or as guided by customer service, using prepaid/reimbursed postage).

4. Refund Process

  1. Application: Log into your account, go to the order page, and click on “Request After-Sales” or contact customer service directly to submit a request.
  2. Review: Customer service will review your request within 1-3 business days.
  3. Return: After approval, please return the product to the return address provided by us.
  4. Acceptance: Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
