1. How do I choose the right size?

To help you find the best fit, we provide a detailed size chart for each product, which can be found on the product detail page. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hip measurements, and comparing them with the size chart. If you are between two sizes or have a preference for a certain fit (e.g., slim/loose), we generally suggest choosing one size larger for a more comfortable wearing experience. 2. What are the differences in fabric for different styles?

We clearly mark the detailed fabric composition (e.g., 100% cotton, polyester blend, etc.) in the “Product Parameters” or “Material Composition” section of each product detail page. The fabric characteristics for different categories are as follows:

  • Shirts/Dresses: Mostly made from cotton, Tencel, or high-end polyester blends, offering both comfort and wrinkle resistance.
  • Coats: Made from wool, tweed, or tech-filled materials, focusing on warmth and structure.
  • Vests/Suits: Depending on the design, they are made from fabrics like suit material with good drape or soft knit materials.
    Make sure to check the specific fabric composition before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.

3. How should I wash and care for these clothes?

Proper washing can extend the life of your clothes. We recommend following the instructions on the care label inside the garment. The general guidelines are as follows:

  • Dark-colored clothes: Wash with cold water, separately or with similar colors, to avoid color bleeding.
  • Delicate fabrics like silk/wool: We recommend using the “gentle cycle” or dry cleaning, and using special detergents.
  • Cotton/Synthetic fabrics: Wash inside out to avoid wear on printed designs; air dry naturally and avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

4. Are the product colors in the images accurate?

All our product images are professionally taken under controlled studio lighting and are as close to the actual color as possible. However, due to differences in monitor resolution, color saturation, and lighting conditions during photography, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the photo. This is normal, and we ask you to consider the final product as received.

5. Will the products have any odor?

All our products go through quality inspection before shipment and usually do not have any noticeable odor. However, some fabrics (like synthetic leather, down, or new clothing) may have a slight odor due to being sealed in packaging. You can air the items in a well-ventilated area, and the odor will usually dissipate naturally.

6. What should I do if the product I received has quality issues?

We guarantee that all products shipped are of good quality. If you find any obvious defects (such as holes, stains, or detached accessories) in the product, don’t worry. You can contact our online customer service and provide relevant photos or videos as proof within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for you.

7. Why does the size of the same item feel different in different colors?

Due to slight differences in dyeing techniques or fabric elasticity (e.g., black fabric may shrink slightly differently than lighter-colored fabrics during dyeing), there may sometimes be very slight differences in fit. This is not a common issue, but if you experience this, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to resolve it for you.

8. Will the product fade or shrink?

All our fabrics undergo pre-shrinking and color fixing treatments before production. However, natural fibers (such as cotton and wool) may have a slight color bleeding or minor shrinkage (usually within the 3%-5% range allowed by national standards) after the first wash. This is a normal phenomenon. To prevent this, please follow the care label’s instructions for “cold water wash” and “wash inside out.”

9. Can I purchase the “Women’s Set” separately?

Typically, in order to maintain the overall design and color consistency of the set, our sets are sold as a complete unit and are not available for individual purchase. However, you can browse the shirt or bottom categories to find similar styles for a mix-and-match look.

10. The item I want shows as “Out of Stock,” will it be restocked?

We restock certain popular and basic items regularly. If you notice that the item you’re interested in is out of stock, you can click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and enter your email or phone number.
